At Natural Gateway, we take pride in crafting high-quality, non-toxic products with care. Due to the small nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. However, we do accept returns of new and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Please do not send items for a return without contacting us first. We reserve the right to not approve a return or exchange based on the condition of the item when it returns to us.
